What is seed cycling?

Seed cycling is a nutritional practice of consuming specific ground seeds at different times of the menstrual cycle. This helps to naturally support hormonal balance and reduce menstrual symptoms

How do I use Seed Cycle Blend?

Add 2 tablespoons daily to smoothies, yogurt, or any food you already eat.
